Shipping

We ship orders from the Netherlands through Sendcloud with carriers including PostNL, DHL, and DPD. Everything below applies to shop orders and pre-orders; submissions and Open Call entries involve no shipping.
1. Order processing
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days of your confirmation email (excluding weekends and public holidays in the Netherlands). You’ll get a second email with a tracking number once the package leaves us; please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to show activity.
2. Lead times
- In-stock items — ship as soon as processing is complete, typically within 2–5 business days.
- Made-to-order items — a large part of the PF Collection is produced on demand to cut waste. Production lead time is 5–7 weeks before shipping. The product page flags which items are in stock and which are made to order.
- Issues pre-orders — ship in the month printed on the issue page (e.g. PF.01 is scheduled for December 2026). We’ll email with a final invoice and shipping cost once the books arrive from the printer.
3. Mixed orders
If your order contains both in-stock and made-to-order items, we hold the whole order until the made-to-order pieces are ready and ship it together, unless you ask us to split it.
4. Shipping rates
Rates are calculated at checkout from the order weight and the destination postcode, using live Sendcloud data. You’ll see the total before paying; no hidden costs added later.
5. International shipping and duties
We ship worldwide. Orders outside the EU may be subject to import duties, local taxes, and handling fees charged by the destination country’s customs. These are the customer’s responsibility and are billed separately by the carrier or customs — we don’t see or collect them. If you’re unsure, check your local customs office before ordering.
6. Tracking your order
The shipping confirmation email contains a tracking link. If you haven’t seen activity after 48 hours, or if tracking stalls for more than 5 business days, email us and we’ll check with the carrier.
7. Damages
Inspect your package on arrival. If anything is damaged or missing, email info@perpetuaforma.com within 7 days with your order number and photos of the package and the damaged item. We handle these case by case and will replace, repair, or refund — see the returns & refunds policy for the formal process.
